Those following this angel policy assume all liability for their work and agree to indemnify Matter of Graphics from disputes.

 

Do not take or use any Matter of Graphics content illegally or without written consent, as this will violate our copyright laws and policies.

 

Do not use Matter of Graphics content or website to spam other users or our customers.

Do not use any of Matter of Graphic's content, website, or assets for any illegal activities, as these are subject to legal litigation.

**License**

You MAY NOT:  

​

- Sell, share, or redistribute the graphics in their original format  

​

- Use the graphics to make clip art, digital paper, or any other digital design resource  

​

-You're not allowed to use the files to create or sell products that directly compete with the purchased designs (digital papers, clip art, tags, quotes, borders, frames & overlays).  

 

-You're NOT allowed to resell, share, or give away the files.

Purchase does not transfer copyright.  

 

 

**In other words**  

 

-Unlimited personal use allowed.

-Unlimited POD usage AS IS allowed ONLY.

 

For POD multi-store websites such as Redbubble or Society6, the files MUST be modified and/or combined with different items so the end design is different from the original. Uploading the files "as is" to such websites is not allowed.  

​

-For commercial use on digital-end products, the files must be modified and/or combined with different items so the end product is different from the original files.  

​
